    What do I want to improve every year?

    Habilmind allows you to analyze a multitude of indicators. Usually an educational centre will not have the necessary time in a single year to analyse and intervene in each of these indicators.


    Imagine then a planning to two or three years:

  • Select the project manager at the school

    In order to implement Habilmind correctly, it is necessary to designate a responsible person within the school. The responsible will be the person in charge of following up and correctly implementing it, always with the help and continuous support of the pedagogical consultant

  • Select the dates of application of the tests, taking into account…

    ... that in the same day you can apply several tests to the same group of student

    But be careful! You must bear in mind the following considerations:

    • It is important that if students are to take a cognitive test, it should be first thing in the morning. They will require special effort and attention and it is important that they are in top condition.
    • Do not plan more than two tests in a row for your students; the effects of fatigue may adversely affect the completion of the questionnaires.
    • Consider breaks when planning an assessment session or day.

    ... the time of application of each test and the unexpected

    On this website, by entering each test, you can find information on how to apply it and the approximate application times. You will not miss much if you add 20 extra minutes for each test.

    ... the status of the computers or other devices you are going to use for the tests

    You can use tablets (minimum 7 inches) or any computer. Check the number of devices that work properly. If there are no devices for all students, you can make applications in two groups.

  • Example of time needed to apply the tests

    Assuming that the school has contracted primary and secondary; it is a centre with two lines (A and B) and has enough computers for each student and only one computer room. You will spend 5 hours a day on test applications.

    The calculation would be:

    • Fundamental Skills o EDINT: 4 days
    • Socioemociogram + Bullying Test + Evaluation of teachers by their students 4 days
    • Family Dynamics: Directed to parents. From home.
    • Self-concept and self-esteem + vocational orientation (high school only): 1 day and a half.


    En dos semanas tendríamos todas las evaluaciones realizadas.

    Should the person responsible for the project be the one to evaluate the students?

    Not necessarily. His or her role can be limited to:

    • Help other teachers or  psychologists.
    • Make the first applications.
    • Check that the applications are being done properly.
